AIRSO.  Association of Industrial Road Safety Officers - road safety information: www.airso.org.uk

ROSPA.  Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. Publish such documents as the "Road Safety Engineering Manual" often used by traffic engineers: www.rospa.com
